Jason C. From his roots in Baltimore, MD, where he co-founded and led Treason Toting Company, Jason's career has spanned multiple industries including textiles, multicultural marketing, and venue programming. At Treason Toting, he was pivotal in raising $600,000 in venture capital and forging a strategic partnership with sports apparel giant Under Armour, setting a high standard for entrepreneurial success.

In 2018, Jason pivoted from Treason Toting to co-found The Night Brunch—a transformative pop-up dining series designed to dismantle social and racial barriers through the universal language of food, music, and community engagement. Under his leadership, The Night Brunch has not only hosted over 50 events but also profoundly impacted the Baltimore community by providing 2,200 meals through its Summer Lunch program.

Building on this momentum, Jason launched Kiss Tomorrow Hello, a boutique marketing firm that swiftly amassed a prestigious clientele including Visit Baltimore, The Baltimore Orioles, and several notable hospitality brands. His expertise in crafting unique cultural experiences led him to his current role as the inaugural Director of Culture and Programming at Thompson Atlanta-Buckhead, a beacon of lifestyle luxury in the hotel industry.

Since May 2023, Jason has revitalized the cultural landscape of Thompson Atlanta-Buckhead through strategic programming and community building. In just six months, he generated substantial revenues, securing $109,733.45 from agreements with third-party event planners and an additional $88,087.80 in contracted revenue through the sales department. His initiatives have not only increased the hotel's profitability but also significantly enhanced guest experiences on days with programming compared to those without.

The Night Brunch
